Big thank you for entering the 2024 Mini Beast.
The BRAG events committee, charity number 1158947 is organising the race to take place alongside the “Beast of Bryn” trail run.
The race will consist of four laps of the Bryn Rugby field, equivalent to roughly one mile in distance, where parents will be able to cheer on the children taking part.
Online Entries for the Mini Beast will stay open until midnight on Thursday 22nd August.
There will be no on-the-day entries for this race. The price of £10 includes the booking fee, a T-shirt to run in and a finishers medal. There will also be trophies for the winners.
T-shirts/numbers for the Mini Beast Fun Run will be available for pick up in the Bryn Community Centre from 14:00 to 16:00 on Saturday 24th August for entrants living in the local area. Entrants travelling to the race on the day, from outside the area, can pick up race numbers and t-shirts at the Bryn Rugby and Social Club on the day between 8 am and 8:30 am.
Parents may accompany under 9's to encourage them should they wish to.
The race will start at 09:00 am before the Beast of Bryn runners have set off. It will be approximately one mile in length, which will be four laps of the field, where supporters can cheer them on.
The race will start from the Beast of Bryn starting arch on the Bryn Rugby Field. This is located near to the Bryn Rugby & Social Club, Hillgrove, Bryn, Port Talbot SA13 2RR.
Children entering this race will receive a T-shirt, they can run in, and a medal. The first 3 boys and girls across the finish line will also receive trophies. These will be presented in the Bryn Rugby & Social Club at 13:00.
